Absolutely horrendous service. I've been a customer here for several years and had scheduled a routine cleaning. When I arrived, I was seen by a hygienist I hadn't worked with before, who informed me that I needed new X-rays because my last ones were a few years old. I explained that I was short on time and would just like the cleaning, and that we could do the X-rays at my next visit. She continued to insist and pressure me into getting the X-rays. Dr. Rana Isaqi is a wonderful dentist who always goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable. She’s one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and does an excellent job caring for my teeth. Highly recommend!
Called them on a Tuesday telling them I was a new patient and they scheduled me in the following day. The staff and doctors were great. They answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I thought I was only going to get X-rays done that day, but because I had lost two crowns and one was bothering me, they said they can remove the teeth that lost their crowns and add the bone graft material since I was going to need implants. Dr. Maguire and the sweet dental hygienist were both SO kind and accommodating! I honestly get really nervous about going to the dentist and I voiced that when I got there. They both made me feel comfortable and at ease - I wasn’t nervous at all by the time I left! Plus, they didn’t try to sell me on something I don’t really need which is an experience I’ve had at a previous dentist.
First time here! Everyone is so nice. The office is beautiful, clean, modern. Dr. Abelar explained everything to me, took his time. Would highly recommend if you are looking further a dentist.
