The first time I visited Dr. Katzmark, I had fallen and hit my teeth on a concrete curb. Even though we had never met before, she took me in right away. Just an hour and a half later, my teeth looked as if nothing had ever happened. I can’t recommend Dr. Katzmark enough—she was incredibly professional, skilled, and kind. The staff at AK dentistry ensured a smooth and personalized experience. Norma was very welcoming and even gave me a refreshment as I awaited Dr. Katzmark. Every member of the office was very pleasant and made my experience perfect.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional. Dr. Katzmark gets visibly frustrated and acts unprofessionally if you express any doubts or fears about treatment. Going to the dentist is a vulnerable experience for a lot of people, and Dr. Katzmark has no patience for you if you don’t just sit there quietly and agree to everything she says. Norma and Dr Attia were awesome! Super friendly, made me feel at ease, and explained everything really clearly. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about patients. The whole visit went smoothly thanks to them. Highly recommend.
