I had another pleasant experience at Alamo Ranch Dental today. My Dental hygienist Janie is truly the best ever!!! She always educates me and great bedside manners. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist until a few years ago because of her! She deserves major recognition:kudos and a nice raise!
Had a great experience during my root canal and crown prep. The assistant was friendly and efficient. The dentist was proficient, professional and listened to my concerns. The receptionist assisted me with financials and explained clearly my insurance payments and deductibles leaving me with full clarity. Thank you everyone ! I highly recommend Alamo Ranch Dental! 🦷
Love this dentist office!!! Being fairly new to San Antonio I was scared to go to a dentist but from my first visit everyone was kind and welcoming the entire team gave me the feeling they really care and made me feel right at home. Every time I go to the dentist they call me by my name. I love that!!! They take the time to know who you are!!! It really does feel like family. The entire team at this dental office is the best In the business in my opinion!!!! Hands down the best!!! I can’t praise them enough!!!!
Veteran, came in with a referral from the V.A. Needing a bridge. Staff was friendly. Was help by a awesome lady named Rose. Was a little apprehensive at first, not a big fan of being in dentist offices. She assured me that everything was gonna be alright and that I was in good hands. We talked a bit, she told me exactly what to expect. The dentist came in, was also very friendly. In a about an hour or so I walked out with a temporary bridge. Great dental experience! The front desk staff was welcoming! My appointment began right on time ! My hygienist was very thorough and gentle. Dr. Zubick was friendly and professional, and didn’t over diagnose.
