Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to start my cleaning on my last visit and for the second time I was told I should replace all my crowns when I have no trouble with them. After the first time I asked my orthodontist his opinion and he was like why pay thousands of dollars for something that is not a problem. Makes me think that the office is trying too boost profits from anyone with insurance

While a little busy on Presidents Day, the dental team was very polite, responsive, and professional.. doctor and assistants were very helpful in making a dental plan, and site was clean and easy to find parking. 02/29/24- the staff, nurses, and doctors, all treated you very politely and with courtesy. Everyone that had to deal with me with my alignment of my dentures was absolutely so patient and so kind and they wanted everything to be just right after a couple visits. We did get it right and I am so thankful to have found this blessed Christian Dentist and staff. They know all about customer service and they’re excellent staff

I had a root canal yesterday, and as someone who used to work as a dental assistant, I dreaded it more than most people probably would. Assisting with root canals was my least favorite thing, so I think knowing exactly what happens made me psych myself out. But honestly, it ended up being a great experience. I still need a crown on that tooth, but the earliest they can fit me in is February—which seems to be the norm across the dental field since COVID, though I’m not sure why. This was my first visit to Abide Family Dentistry. I was welcomed by my hygienist, Ashleigh Black. She took the most thorough X-rays and did an exceptional job cleaning. No discomfort, no pain. Dr Palesano was very pleasant and ready to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with my AFD experience and will call this my dental home.
