I absolutely LOVE bluegrass oral!! The staff is amazing and truly treat you like family! My doctor, Doctor Thomas LOVE her to pieces. They have done amazing work to get my smile back and confidence. They truly make you feel so comfortable and it’s no judgement. I love every visit and normally stay longer than the expected time because the conversations be just on point. I would honestly rate them more than a 5-star because they are just that great.
Bluegrass Oral Health is awesome! Quick to respond to calls, reasonable wait (if any) to schedule an appointment, kind and professional staff. Although Dr Shoemaker is my primary dentist - highly recommend, I’ve seen other dentists in the group for urgent needs and they were great too. I’m a dental-phobe. Anxious and ready to get out of the chair ASAP, so trust me, saying nice things about a dental practice is not my norm! BGOH has earned my trust.
All the staff at Bluegrass Oral Health Center are fantastic, I've been going here for at least 10 years now. I'm personally thankful for Raena who is my Dental Hygenist, Dr. Meghan Thomas and Dr. Thomas Birkenhauer who have both acted as my dentist over all these years. The staff and Dr Thomas Birkenhauer are top notch! I have received the best care in getting dentures. From the temporary dentures process and the realignments to my permanent dentures, the entire process has been seamless. Dr Birkenhauer has provided his expertise and experience the entire journey. I am happy to be one of the hardest patient tooth extractions he's ever had as he worked gently and diligently in the extraction.
I highly recommend this dentist office and its wonderful staff, including Dr. Kyle Stephenson! The cleaning was efficient and painless. The technician made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did a wonderful job of distracting me while she cleaned away years of oral neglect!
