This place is for everyone, whether you have really bad teeth or just getting cleanings. They are very caring, make you feel at ease quickly, and are good at their jobs! Break a tooth, they will get you in. Can't be out all day because of work, they are fast and efficient. Dr. Carroll and his people treat everyone with respect and humility.. PROFFESSIONALISM AT IT'S BEST! You are not just a number here. I feel very blessed that these people are taking care of my dental needs and you will too.
My dental hygienist is the absolute best! Whitney is attentive and listens to my concerns. She also cleans my adult disabled son teeth and he loves her dearly! She’s kind and always makes him feel heard, understood, and comfortable! She’s awesome what can I say!
From the moment my husband and I arrived at Bluegrass Oral Health Center on Smith's Grove, KY, we felt at peace and at home. The receptionist greeted us warmly and professionally as did the dental hygienist and Dentist. The team there works competently and efficiently to get their patients in and out on time. While getting work done, the atmosphere is cheerful and each room includes a tv screen with animal planet and travel type shows running to keep patients occupied. This is a great bunch! I am completely satisfied with the care we received, the hygienist did a thorough job plus- best of all there was no pain at all (YAY!) The second we walked in we were greeted by their friendly receptionist then from the hygienist to the dentist we were treated with equal amounts of professionalism and courtesy.
We’ve been using BlueGrass Oral Health of Smiths Grove for 10 plus years! Whitney is the best and my girls adore her! They enjoy going to the dentist and have been since they were around 2 years old. The front office always has a smile on their face to greet us and the coffee bar is a plus!
