I just moved to the area and had a piece of my front tooth break off. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone in the office was great. Dr. Carroll was funny and made me immediately feel at ease. My tooth actually looks better now than it did before I damaged it. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to this office for all of my dental care.
Wonderful staff and we love Dr Shuemaker he is very kind and personable as are all the hygienists. I have personally never felt pain from going here. We are grateful for the great group that work here. Professional and heartfelt and we are always happy to get to our appointments.
From the moment my husband and I arrived at Bluegrass Oral Health Center on Smith's Grove, KY, we felt at peace and at home. The receptionist greeted us warmly and professionally as did the dental hygienist and Dentist. The team there works competently and efficiently to get their patients in and out on time. Love this place!! I'm not a huge dentist fan, but Dr Carroll is the sweetest man in the world!! We have followed him for many years!! Whitney my hygienist is adorable, very attentive and made me feel comfortable!! Everyone I talked too was so friendly and helpful!! This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend them!! 🫶🫶
Our whole family loves Bluegrass Oral Health! Everyone from the receptionist, dental hygienist, dental technicians, to the dentists themselves are so nice! Both my kids (7 & 9) enjoy going as they make them feel so relaxed and welcome. I appreciate that teeth issues are addressed without scare tactics or over inflating the need for procedures. I know I can trust them.
