The whole staff are warm, welcoming, and so encouraging. They put you at ease, explain every step of treatment, and make the experience easy. I will add, I have had some rough dental experiences in the past. So I just quit going for many years. My kids go here and love it and are so well taken care of. I finally decided I needed to go as well, after 10 years. They did not make me feel bad or judged for not going to the dentist in so long, they put me at ease. So thankful!

From walking in the door and being greeted by Kirsten then seeing Dave as he passes, it is an amazing experience! When Rachel calls me in to get my cleaning, she provides such an awesome service to her clients! But then Dr.Carroll comes to make his final inspection of my teeth, and his smile and handshake let you know you are in great hands!

My family LOVES this place! (And we hate going to a dentist appt. Just as much as the next guy!) The staff and Dr. Shumaker are THE absolute best! They're very polite, understanding, caring, encouraging and just about the nicest people you will come across! We've been seeing them for several years now and won't go elsewhere! Plus, the place is small and cozy, and always so clean, pristine and fresh smelling, which is calming! They accept Medicaid for those wondering! And they also have a Bowling Green location that is nice!

Dr. Shuemaker is awesome! He is very gentle and nice! Office staff is great and make you feel very comfortable. Dave, I love cutting up with you and Kirsten always has a smiling face! Whitney, you are a great hygienist and loved catching up! I love the Smiths Grove office 😊

Whitney is the absolute best!!! She done great with my grandson. He loved her. She’s always super sweet and friendly. This is the best dentist office around.
