What a great experience visiting Bluegrass Oral Health Center at their South Warren location. From beginning to end, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome there. Special shout out to Rachel and Dr. Thomas Birkenhauer for the care and information they provided. They truly alleviated my anxiety of going to the dentist. You can tell they have the patient’s welfare at the heart of their practice at Bluegrass Oral Health Center.
Dr Daniel is wonderful!!! Everyone in the office is so kind and friendly! I hate dentist and I had to have all my teeth removed for dentures. They were all so kind and gentle NO JUDGEMENT!!! I was embarrassed by the state of my teeth but they made me feel so comfortable! I can’t thank this office enough. I got my smile back! Thank you to the entire office for your kindness! I would recommend them to everyone!
Rachel was absolutely fantastic with our cleaning! Our little girl has never been a big fan of teeth cleaning but she loved Mrs. Rachel and made her experience a positive one. Now our little girl ask to go to the dentist!
I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the office itself was clean and comfortable. As far as dental visits go, this was as pleasant as it could be, considering it’s not exactly everyone’s favorite place to be! I really appreciated the professionalism and care from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I will never go anywhere else for dental work again. The whole staff is super friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere is very comfortable because of the staffs attitudes. I got an xray, extraction, office visit and 2 meds $or less than 400.. amazing work and people
