Dr. Birkenhauer and Ellie gave me the most incredible, compassionate care. I had a root canal and permanent bridge placed with only nitrous and numbing, that is HUGE for someone like me with severe anxiety just walking into a dentist office. I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional and welcoming. I especially want to thank Rachel — she was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and truly cares about her patients. The clinic was very clean and organized, and the service was fast and high quality. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great dental care.”

The whole team is amazing. They are so kind and welcoming. I went and got my teeth cleaned after it being an embarrassingly long period of time since my last cleaning to my surprise, there was no discomfort. They did a great job I came in the following week to get a cavity filled also pain-free quick and the ladies really helped ease my anxiety. I recommend this office 10 out of 10.

Five stars isn’t enough for Mackenzie. I spend a lot of time close by, watching her work, and it’s honestly impressive. I watch my mom handle a constant stream of people coming and going, answering phones, juggling schedules, and somehow never missing a beat. Even when things get hectic, she keeps her voice calm, her attitude positive, and makes everyone feel like they’re the only person she’s focused on. What stands out most is how naturally kind she is. We had a wonderful experience at BlueGrass Oral Health! The staff is always timely, friendly, and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. They are especially great with kids and really know how to make them feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. Racheal is awesome! She is kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes both parents and kids feel confident and informed. We truly appreciate the excellent care and positive atmosphere.
