Always prompt and pleasant. Never had wait in the waiting area more than 5 mins. I have had to come in for an unscheduled appointment, and they worked me in next day to fix an immediate need. I’ve used 5 other Dental practices in the past 40 years all over east TN. The 2 most recent were very good. Borum DDS is definitely my favorite!!

I've been going to Dr. Borum for a year now. Í would highly recommend Dr Borum & his staff! They're friendly, attentive, make you feel comfortable & most importantly they're honest! I had a bad experience with a "well known" nationwide dental company that had diagnosed me with having 4 cavities which I questioned because I'm older & familiar with what that feels like. Borum Family Dentistry is a Wonderful place and I highly recommend them. They make you feel Welcome within the first step in the building you are greeted by Smiles and Welcomes. Kim was my Hygienist she was so sweet and Gentle. Dr.Borum is a excellent Dentist very Understanding and kind.

Wonderful experience! Dr Borum did an amazing work for the most perfect smile. I am very well pleased with the results. He shows caring compassion and helps you make the best choice. He discusses in detail explaining what he is doing and end results expected. I’ve been a patient at this dental office and I only have great things to say! Everyone is extremely attentive and always willing to answer any questions with patience and clarity. The service is excellent, always delivered with kindness and professionalism. I truly feel well taken care of at every visit, and that makes all the difference. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and about keeping our teeth healthy. I highly recommend them!
