Great dental office. Dr Carmen is wonderful, thorough, gentle and very sweet. Her staff is great, from the dental assistants to the front desk. Recommend them all with 5 stars !
This dental office staff and dentist were all very warm and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the professionalism and care for what was best for me. She built trust on our first meeting and wasn’t too busy to provide information to help me make a decision. She came highly recommended and I understand why!
I called to make an appt and had my Aetna Vital savings plan verified as they dr come up for eligibility. They stated they did accept my dental plan. On the day of my appointment the dr commented she won't work on my dentures since they were with another dental office out of state. She commented a lady would be in with the pricing for my care plan. 20 min later the lady come in and stated she was sorry but they don't take my Dental plan but here is my care plan for a new set of dentures. Dr. Paez did a great job restoring my dental implant with a crown that looks just like my natural dentition. Dental hygienist, Peggy always provides excellent care and is very thorough and professional.
Very friendly, they speak Spanish and English, make sure you have good dental insurance for your treatments. They give you easy access to payment. A check usually arrives after verifying whether your insurance covers cleaning or not.
