I have had a fear of dentistry since I was a teenager. I made this aware to the staff and they made sure my initial visit was with the utmost care and attention. I felt safe. Thank you for treating me like family! My fear of dentists have gone down quite a bit :)
Dr. Carmen is knowledgeable, kind and makes her patients feel safe with a full explanation of their care program. I am a physician and am very aware of the importance of those qualities.I highly recommend her

I called to make an appt and had my Aetna Vital savings plan verified as they dr come up for eligibility. They stated they did accept my dental plan. On the day of my appointment the dr commented she won't work on my dentures since they were with another dental office out of state. She commented a lady would be in with the pricing for my care plan. 20 min later the lady come in and stated she was sorry but they don't take my Dental plan but here is my care plan for a new set of dentures.
