The front staff was good. I came here because my regular dentist and I agreed on a tooth extraction. I got to this office 10 minutes before my appointment time, paid 125 for a consultation and wanted 30 minutes for the doctor to tell me he wants me to get a root canal instead of an extraction. He wants me to save my tooth. I CAME FOR AN EXTRACTION. I WANT AN EXTRACTION. My dentist sent an order in for AN EXTRACTION. He then tells me oh I'm young... It has been YEARS since my last visit and I knew going in that I needed a lot of TLC to solve some major issues with my overall dental health, and CVFD did not disappoint! Dr. Larkin was so kind and understanding and wanted the best for me and my mouth. It will be a somewhat involved treatment, to get me back to a healthy and “restored smile”, but with her expertise and really amazing staff, I have the utmost confidence that I am in great hands and look forward to the beautiful results. What is nice about seeing your dentist, until you're having fun with the staff, before and doing the treatment. I don't gave any problem with my new dentist and staffing. Jib well done.
I am here writing a review of this clinic. Dr. Davey and all his staff were super friendly and sweet the first time I went. However, the second time I went in for a cleaning, I had a great time. All staff were lovely and kind until I got to the person in charge of insurance and billing. I have never felt more disrespected by someone in my life.
