Dr. Larkin, Ashley, and Grace are the best at what they do!!! I have had complaints about a tooth problem for more than 5 years. Two other dentists over those years were not able to address the issue. After one visit, Dr. Larkin already had a plan. I came in for a cleaning appointment at 9:40am. I wasn't taken back to the chair until after 10am, the hygienist was fast and rough and hurt my gums. The previous visit, my appointment had been cancelled but the massaging service never called to notify me, so I had to wait over an hour for the dentist to squeeze me in and do the cleaning herself. Going to find another office that better values my time.
As a thirty-five year veteran of the TV news business as an anchor-reporter, I am always looking to find and tell a great story. I have found such a story in your fine hygienist, Robert. I have been Robert’s patient for over twenty years and being under his care has been an absolute blessing. He is so good at what he does and is very upfront and honest in assessing the dental issues a patient faces. Hygienist was phenomenal. Office is why I am giving them 1 star. I called ahead of time, gave them my exact insurance and they told me it was accepted. Then they tell me AFTER my visit that it only covers 90% of diagnostics and preventative care because they aren’t a preferred provider. It was only $58, but I will not be returning out of principle. I have never paid for a preventative service with insurance and I have gone to the dentist twice a year my entire life. Verify with your insurance prior to your visit.
