Assuming someone who has insurance to pay and or money in hand mind you is your 1st mistake 2 nd just bc a person isn’t a certain lvl of Wealth Is another ! On top of confirming the insurance is still issues smh . Definitely not a place to go seek other dental offices . One without a commercial name bc these ppl are cattle movers in out . On top of it all they couldn’t do the X-rays bc they already shut down there machines they were supposed to be one till 7 pm . The time they locked there doors 6:20

Updated Edit 5/1. I did submit this review before my chance to chat with Brenda, a financial consultant, and Samantha, the office manager. They were kind hearted and truly understanding of a mom who definitely lost her cool in an already stressful situation. It was nice to be met with that understanding and it really adjusted my views on this facility. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Celebrate Dental!! They have THE MOST amazing and caring staff and have been such a pleasure and so easy to work with!! Horrible customer service! We have been clients at this location for a long time. This was a horrific experience. Celebrate called 15 minutes prior to appointment start time and tells me that today’s appointment for my children couldn’t happen because too early for cleaning. Also that I had missed my appointment! Mind you when I called to schedule these I asked if it was time to schedule the appointments.
