City Point Dental went above and beyond today, I had a toothache from a cracked tooth that had been bothering me persistently since Sat afternoon. I had tried to book an appointment online but it looked like I would have to wait another day to get in to see the doctor, but I was happily surprised when I received a phonecall that morning asking if I could be at the office within the hour. I really love these guys! The entire staff is professional but not 'stuffed shirt' rigid. Service is always beyond reproach and, dare I say, enjoyable. Its hard to say 'Going to the dentist' is not dreadful, but Dr Baker and his staff help to make the process much more comfortable. Whether it's a routine cleaning or a root canal, Dr Baker explains procedures so that they are understandable to those of us who just don't always grasp the medical jargon. The office opens early in the morning. My wife and I had appointment for the six month cleaning. They got us started right away. I needed a filling replacement. They were able to take care of this the same morning. No follow-up appointment required. The procedure was smooth and painless. I was out in time to make it to work on-time. Quick, painless, and totally professional. Great job!!!
Amazing. From easily scheduling my first appt with just my name and DOB to on time visit. The hygienist was gentle but thorough and everyone’s spirits were so high. You can tell it’s a healthy working environment which makes for a great customer experience. Thanks for taking care of me 🫶🏼
1st timer here , went into google and found them. They contacted me immediately. Needed a tooth pulled ASAP … Few hrs later , walk in , have options to fill paperwork out on paper or pad! Picked Pad. Then in back room and talking about my ex-rays , get a plan , they get right on needs and done , Just like that.
