Dr. Drew Clement and Rachel were incredibly helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. From the friendly young ladies at the front desk to Dr. Clement himself, the entire team made me feel truly welcomed. Megan did an amazing job with my cleaning. She was gentle, thorough, and made sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Luminais took his time to explain to me what treatment I needed and why, which I definitely appreciated. He listened to my concerns, and made me feel heard. I recently brought my five year old son to get his very first filling. Needless to say we were both very nervous about how the appointment was going to go. I was blown away by the patience and care that Dr. Luminais and his assistant Ashley had for my boy. My name is Antoinette Clark, I saw Dr Luminas at the Clement Family Dentist Office, in Thibodaux. I’m 63 years old and this root canal experience he showed me was the very best I’ve had out of 4+ root canals. Dr. L was very gentle and informative as to the steps being taken. New to this dentist and just went in today for a deep cleaning and laser treatment!! Megan and Cami are the best. They made an uncomfortable appointment as delightful as it could’ve been. Dr Matt is also awesome!! Definitely found my new dentist!! Great job all around and thank you for making me feel so comfortable and at ease!! I’m also getting married in two weeks and they moved a lot around just to fit me in and get my cleaning before the big day!!
