Super friendly staff, highly knowledgeable. I received a lot of personalized attention. My hygienist Melissa answered all my questions and was very thorough. They use low radiation X-ray equipment ( which I appreciate) and went over all the imaging with me. Dr. Batson listened to all my concerns and gave great recommendations and treatment plan. So happy I found them!!
This is the best place to go get your teeth taken care of. The staff are nice as soon as you walk in, from the front desk to dental hygienists to Dr. Batson. I feel comfortable being in there. Hailey did a great thorough job cleaning my teeth and let me know what to focus on when brushing and flossing. Thanks again healthy smiles!
Just had my first visit with this dentist, and I couldn’t be more impressed—I’ve definitely found my new dental office. The hygienist was thorough, friendly, and professional, and took the time to provide helpful education throughout the cleaning. The dentist was equally attentive, carefully reviewing my X-rays with me and clearly explaining the condition of my teeth. This level of detail and communication was a refreshing change from my previous experience. Highly recommend!
Had my first visit today with Columbia Healthy Smiles. From scheduling my first visit, to the time I walked out the door, the customer service was flawless! Yazmin and Dr. Batson went above and beyond and made the experience very comfortable. It felt as if I have been going here for years. Keep up the great work!
Found this office and was blown away! They are all smiles make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in, till the time you leave. Melissa is one of the hygienists and she cleaned my teeth and they have never felt cleaner!!! She is amazing! Dr. Barton was so nice and informative!! Highly recommend this office!!! Can’t wait to bring the rest of my family!!!
