Super friendly staff, highly knowledgeable. I received a lot of personalized attention. My hygienist Melissa answered all my questions and was very thorough. They use low radiation X-ray equipment ( which I appreciate) and went over all the imaging with me. Dr. Batson listened to all my concerns and gave great recommendations and treatment plan. So happy I found them!!
Dr. Abe is truly exceptional. She was incredibly kind, caring and gentle throughout my visit. As a dental hygienist, I’m very particular about clinical skill and patient experience and she exceeded every expectation. Her technique is precise. Her communication is reassuring and you can tell she generally cares about her patients. I felt completely at ease the entire time. I’m grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist and highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding care.
My second visit to Columbia Healthy Smiles was fantastic. Dr. Batson explained each step of the procedure prior to and gave me a chance to ask any questions. The staff is always welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Great atmosphere! You can tell that they all work together as a team. Can’t thank them enough 😊
We’ve been patients at Columbia Healthy Smiles for a few years now (my in-laws, extended family, siblings, we ALL go here) and I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental family. The front desk gals are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Drs. Abe and Batson always take time to answer questions and visit with you for a bit, which I think is rare. I had a fantastic initial visit and cleaning today! Dr. Abe and my awesome hygienist, Yasmin, made me feel so welcome. I’m happy to have found a practice that is truly focused on its clients and the quality of the work they perform. Highly recommend
