So today was my first scheduled dentist appointment to where I had to have a tooth removed. It was no secret that I was nervous and scared. And because of the nerves. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to be seen at this dentist where the appointment was rescheduled due to weather. The day before the appointment I received a text stating to verify my insurance which was done and then they told me I was responsible for payment for 150.00 for an annual cleaning that was paid for by insurance. Please be cautious when visiting this dental office. The communication is extremely poor. During my first visit, they performed an exam and told me I had two cavities on the left side and one on the right. I scheduled an appointment to have the left side treated, which went as expected. However, when I returned for the right side, they suddenly claimed I had three additional cavities that were never mentioned before and my bill was much higher than expected.
