Phone does not work and put me wait message. Cant cancel appointments online since they only provide confirmation not for cancellation. Even though in the phone call suggested “leave a message” but the message box was full and could not add my message. I also got information because of missing appointments with penalty 50$. Hope they change service. They can do better.
I was very impressed with the level of comfort and hygiene at this office. As a first time patient, I was nervous to have deep cleaning done, I was anxious and didn’t know what to expect. My hygienist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through each step of the process, which was surprisingly fast and efficient. I believe that this is Covington's best kept secret. A wonderful Dentistry that is kind, professional, and thorough. My hygienist was careful to explain the problem with my brushing and develop an appropriate plan of care. I will definitely be returning.

I have dental insurance and needed a cap on my tooth. The office quoted me $125 for my part for the crown , the other $1000 coming from my insurance. Long story short , the day my crown was put on it broke in half. I sent back to office and had scheduled the apt to get a new crown. The office proceeded to tell me I owed them $584 and without that amount paid they would do nothing about the crown they made that broke the same day.
