When I first went in, I was going in because I had pain sensitivity to my teeth specially two on the bottom in the back. After an exam, they said it was cause all the plaque and everything I had on my teeth and I had to do a deep cleaning. Had that done still had the pain then I was told that I grind my teeth and that the teeth were down to the natural tooth and that’s why I was feeling the pain and they had to put caps on. Phone does not work and put me wait message. Cant cancel appointments online since they only provide confirmation not for cancellation. Even though in the phone call suggested “leave a message” but the message box was full and could not add my message. I also got information because of missing appointments with penalty 50$. Hope they change service. They can do better.
I was very impressed with the level of comfort and hygiene at this office. As a first time patient, I was nervous to have deep cleaning done, I was anxious and didn’t know what to expect. My hygienist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through each step of the process, which was surprisingly fast and efficient. Covington family dentistry is the best. Rhonda is the best ever in office. Thank God for her as she is the reason I am no longer afraid to see the dentist❤️
The office was clean and inviting. The staff was courteous and professional. They greeted me by name as I walked in the door. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back to see the doctor. Doctor Wilson was very nice and immediately put me at ease.She was very thorough and explained the entire process as she worked. I am very happy with my results and I highly recommend her for your dental care.
