I had an outstanding experience at Del Sur Ranch Dental today. I chose to go this office to make a new beginning for my dental health. I have extremely sensitive teeth and cannot tolerate regular cleaning. I told the doctor and staff abd hygienist Lilia about my special needs and that I need some pausing in between the cleaning process just so I could recoup. They were all so kind and so accommodating. Amazing friendly polite HELPFUL front desk staff. Hygienist is the BEST i have ever had. Very meticulous, latest technology in everything. Im a retired RN & when i met the Doc i knew he was better than the rest. He’s highly experienced super careful & presents all options for care. He is thee only one who’s figured out my oral hygiene issues are related to my autoimmune issues. Pure genius. Lovely - pleasant office as well. It’s very chill so your body relaxes your in superior, competent hands
Everyone in this office is incredible. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but the team makes it a peaceful and positive experience. Gisela took great care of me yesterday as she assisted the wonderful Dr. Jose Laluz with involved work. They made me fell comfortable and that I was in great hands. Dr. Joe was fantastic! I needed an emergency appointment and Del Sur Ranch Dental was able to get me in the next day. He was very thorough, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and took great care to ensure I didn't experience any pain. I left the office completely pain-free. Highly recommend Dr. Joe and the entire team for their professionalism and excellent patient care.
I had my first visit to Del Sur Dental this morning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and caring. I ended up needing a crown and two fillings since I had missed my last visit and it had been nearly a year. Although my original appointment was just for a cleaning and x-rays, the main dentist let me know she had time to take care of everything that day, which was such a relief.
