All I can say is this place is absolutely amazing. From the office workers to Dr. Cartee himself everyone is amazing. Very clean and very technologically up to date and just very great all the way around. It was very nice to have someone listen to my questions and concerns and answer and explain everything in detail. I had a full lower implant arch done and I am so glad that this is the place I chose to have it done. Absolutely fantastic service and all I can say is thank you!!
I have been seeing Dr. Cartee for several years, and have been very pleased with his care. Lesley, the hygienist that I see does a great job too. They are very thorough in their areas of expertise! Everyone in the office has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. I’m so happy that that I was referred to their office several years ago by a friend. She was definitely right about them!
I had an emergency visit to Pleasant Smiles today to treat a broken tooth. The office made room to schedule me in, being flexible about it… the assistant professionally did an x-ray, the dentist quickly diagnosed the problem and made the right treatment… All in all, I was very satisfied with everything there. I am new to the area and I think I have found my dentist here already 👍🙏.
Dr. Cartee and his amazing team do great work. I've seen them take on cases that others wouldn't touch, and produce remarkable results.They're professional and personable. It's almost like going to hang out with some old friends that just so happen to work on your teeth. I can't recommend them highly enough, and wish Dr. Cartee and his team continued success.
My consultation with Dental Concepts in Lexington went very well. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and settled my concerns about dental implants. They seem to have the latest and greatest technology for dental implants from start to finish. Dr. Cartee and his wife Katie took very good care of me and explained the entire process.
