Had a consultation and I have to say this is the greatest Dental office I have been to. For someone on a limited income the staff and dentist was very friendly and willing to work with me financially on a treatment plan. Everyone was super friendly and the office was very clean!! It is good to see that a dental office can really be there for the patient and not just all about profits!!
DO NOT GO HERE!! STAFF IS RUDE, DISORGANISED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! New patient appointment, I walk in and they had no power, didn’t bother to call me ahead of time. Rescheduled me for the next day, I came back, Dentist had car trouble and I had to wait for 2 hours before being seen. The dentist then chipped my tooth. Came back for the 3rd time, they fixed the chip as they should and BARELY offered an apology. I asked to speak with a manager, Melissa, and she never called. Worst place ever. Please save your teeth and go somewhere else. They are fake nice and terrible dentists.
Dr. Caleb's dental tool broke off in my moth and cracked and broke 4 teeth. My mother was numb so I didn't know it at the time. He acted like nothing happened and now refuses to do anything. Everyone there knows what happened and doesn't care. They don't care about you or your teeth.
