Total satisfaction and relief accompanied me with my first Dental House experience here in Waterford. I came in with an emergency broke tooth on a Saturday morning after calling to enquire for help yesterday morning. The Ladies at reception were so accommodating, kind and helpful. Explained everything in detail, about my treatment plan, they do seem kinda busy but it’s because they do an amazing job. They are very accommodating to your schedule and situation. I’m not able to work, so I don’t have an income coming in. So they will due what’s needed to get the job done right. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
First time going here and the experience was great! Filled out the info on the tablet and was called back right away. Very informative and professional. Larissa And the doctor were both very good. The girl at the front desk ( didn't get her name) was very nice also. The consultant was very fast and helpful also. The whole experience was top notch. I will be going here from now on.
I had an amazing experience with everyone that helped me here. The whole experience was very positive, calm, and informative. I was very nervous coming to a new dentist after not going for a long time and Larisa made me feel relaxed, and explained everything before she did each step. She was so kind and I'm excited to come back in 6 months!
