First, I want to make clear that this review is not in reference to the quality of care that I received from any of the hygienists or dentists at Distinctive Dentistry. Rather, this review is due to Distinctive Dentistry’s poor business practices and customer service. ... I had Erin on my last visit but I’ve always had a great experience with the clinical staff- Erin was thorough knowledgeable and very nice! I’ve been coming there for years. Dr. Bey is wonderful as well. There’s a front desk woman named Ruby who was super helpful after the visit. Only complaint is there’s another front desk lady who was unprofessional on the phone AND in person (she’s a bit older). Didn’t love that but everyone else is worth the 5 stars and will always go here!
The office of Distinctive Dentistry and Dr. Bey are highly skilled gentel and caring dentist, I've been going over to him for 30 years. When my son comes to visit from Florida he exclusively comes to Distinctive Dentistry to get his dental need up to date . I highly recommend Dr. Bey, his associate Dr. Gloria and Wonderful Staff. Ruby is a warming and charming person when you walk in she's always smiling and Jen is also amazing with all the help that I need when it comes to billing.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Bey for many years, and he and his entire team are always friendly, professional, and make you feel completely at ease. Dr. Bey takes the time to explain everything clearly, and I never feel rushed during appointments. The quality of his work is outstanding — you can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend Dr. Bey and his staff to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dental office.
