Dr. Dollar rocks! Courteous and professional staff who are also warm and welcoming. No shaming or scolding, just solutions. Dr. D is down to earth, offers options and his professional POV for your best outcome. Never thought I'd say this, but I actually don't mind going to the dentist now! Can't recommend him highly enough.
When i arrived, and before i could get closer to the front desk, I was greeted by my name ( impressive) and no long waiting time ( very pleased 😀) Dr. Dollar is a Phenomenal Dentist and his staff is the BEST IN TALLADEGA!!. Everyone was so nice. They got me back very quickly. Took care of everything and made it feel like we had been friends for years. The dentist himself was very nice and friendly and explained everything very well. Will not be going anywhere else.
Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere, answered all my questions. They were not in a hurry or rush and made me feel comfortable. There was a smile on everyone’s face. Very pleased !
As always, my wife and I get top tier care with Dr. Zack Dollar. Dr. Dollar explains what he is doing and gives the patient a heads up of what to expect. Today I had the remains of a molar extracted. Dr. Dollar warned me about when he'd have to press hard and what sounds I might hear. I wear hearing aids, and he advised me to remove them so as to not be startled by the noises of the extraction.
