I received thorough and gentle X-rays and cleaning from Megan as usual. She explained how to take care of my teeth and provided options for flossing. She allowed me to trade my color of goodie bag toothbrush from the toothpaste and floss and lip care thank you gifts. The TV screen provided a relaxing experience.
I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this dental office. From the very first day, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for—from the front desk staff to the doctors. The entire atmosphere is filled with positivity, kindness, and support, and you can really feel that they love what they do. I have been coming to Dutchtown Dental for a long time. I have received outstanding dental care from Dr. Landry's whole staff. They take their time and make you very comfortable. After every procedure I have had I have received a personal phone call from Dr. Landry. He even took the time to ask about my family. That really says a lot these days. Thank you.
We had such a wonderful dental visit with Allie! She was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience so comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, had a gentle touch, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at ease. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness, and Allie does it effortlessly. We left our appointment feeling well cared for and grateful to have her. The staff was friendly, attentive, and thorough. Dr. Jimes worked to repair an old crown I've had for many years. I'm glad they are looking out for my best interest. Highly recommend!
