Being new to Huntsville, I had a hard time finding a good dentist that I felt comfortable with and genuinely liked. After visiting this office, I can confidently say the search is over. As my past Dentist moved I searched for a new Dentist. With luck I found Dr. Dutton. Being closer to my house was nice. As I needed a routine "cleaning" I scheduled an appointment. My first impression - this place is great! My hygienist did a thorough job. When the Doc came to check cleaning results, which is when I first met him. I did have an issue with one of my teeth which I assumed was a filling or partial filling that had 'disappeared'. I can’t recommend the Dutton office enough! Not only is Dr. Dutton caring and willing to take the time to ensure you get what you need the staff provide such a great environment. They make you feel seen, comfortable, and in control of the situation. If you have ever left a dentist office feeling like a bad person or lesser than and it turned you away from going to the dentist then this is the place you need to go. I don’t think going to the dentist can ever be “fun” but they certainly make it the best it can be!
The dental office and location is excellent with ample parking and easy access. The office had two people at reception. I really appreciated the extra coverage for my questions if one hadn’t had opportunity for my question the other knew it well. The dental assistant did an exceptional job, it had been awhile due to events taking us out of state last year. Though said there may be pain second day, I had none. Just moved here. Wife looked up Dutton based on reviews. Glad we did because my experience with Dr Dutton and my hygienist actually felt beyond 5 stars. Super caring! On time appointment, great communication, felt like family.
