Our first time and we were very happy with the service we received. All staff was very friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all our questions. I will be making appts for my two other kids. Highly recommend they make you feel comfortable and at ease.
I have sensitive and gum disease prone gums that worsened after a busy season of moving and stress (prior to my first visit here). I’ve been very happy with how Brenda has been cleaning my teeth to get my mouth back to good health and recommending different treatments (such as more frequent cleanings and Perio Protect) to help even more. I’m not there yet but little by little it’s getting better. And the Dr as well as everyone who works here is so kind!
Alexis performed a comprehensive cleaning and Dr. Alfonso a thorough check-up today. My wife and I enjoy the convenience and responsiveness of this really professional staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to the needs of each patient. Dentist and assistants are very polite and did a good job. Was overcharged by office staff for a crown. Office staff isn't so friendly. They have not been responsive and or helpful so far in processing a refund. They're saying accounting has to do it. However they can't get accounting on a call with me either. Feeling like I'm getting g the run around, we will see what happens. Refund was issued after 2 weeks.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The care is professional, gentle, and thorough, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I truly feel comfortable and well taken care of every visit. Highly recommend!
