My temporary crown fell out, and I immediately called the office, but nobody answered. I ended up going to the office in person. The front desk lady told me, “You should have called,” instead of saying “sorry” or asking what happened. I arrived at the office at 2 PM on Thursday, and she told me they couldn’t fit me in because they were closing at 3 PM, even though Google says they close at 4 PM. I went to this office for a dental emergency, and on top of that, I have horrible dental anxiety. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years because of my fear, so I was extremely nervous walking in. From the very beginning, the entire team was kind, patient, and completely non-judgmental. We have had a great experience with Eastlake Family Dental and Dr. Buenaventura ! She has been our dentist for many years and we can always trust her to give it to us straight and not try to push unnecessary procedures and treatments. She is truly nice and caring. The staff are super friendly and responsive too. The location (near Sprouts in Eastlake) is great with plenty of parking.
I had a really good visit at this dentist. Monica did my cleaning and she was super nice, gentle, and professional. She explained what she was doing and made the whole experience comfortable. My teeth feel great, highly recommend this place.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee today and would highly recommend him. My daughter Kathy referred me, and I'm so glad she did. Dr. Lee was kind, professional, and made the procedure completely painless. Brenda, his assistant, was incredibly warm and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit.
