My temporary crown fell out, and I immediately called the office, but nobody answered. I ended up going to the office in person. The front desk lady told me, “You should have called,” instead of saying “sorry” or asking what happened. I arrived at the office at 2 PM on Thursday, and she told me they couldn’t fit me in because they were closing at 3 PM, even though Google says they close at 4 PM. I had a great experience at this dental office. The front desk receptionist, Anne, was warm and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. Dr. Buenaventura was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The office was clean, well-organized, and the entire staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee today and would highly recommend him. My daughter Kathy referred me, and I'm so glad she did. Dr. Lee was kind, professional, and made the procedure completely painless. Brenda, his assistant, was incredibly warm and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Beware deceptive billing practices. I've experienced consistent over-billing but have generally not fought it, but I've now found a new dentist after my latest experience. I asked for a price for Invisalign, and didn't need much correction because I've had it before. Staff told me they would bill me for worst case scenario and once they had the treatment scenario from Invisalign refund me the difference, and discount me if I paid upfront. We have had a great experience with Eastlake Family Dental and Dr. Buenaventura ! She has been our dentist for many years and we can always trust her to give it to us straight and not try to push unnecessary procedures and treatments. She is truly nice and caring. The staff are super friendly and responsive too. The location (near Sprouts in Eastlake) is great with plenty of parking.
