Fairhope Dental has been absolutely wonderful for both me and my daughter. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and make every visit smooth and stress-free. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and we especially love our dental techs—they do a fantastic job cleaning our teeth and always make us feel comfortable and cared for. Erin Canham- I won’t be going back. So far two cleaning and both times glue from the retainer come off . I have never had issues with the glue coming off at any point. The hygienist was very thorough to the point in painful and the orthodontist is suggesting that the hygienist mistook the glue for tarter and removed it. Last time the dentist did reattach at no cost but this time they are suggesting it was just simply too old. Yet , I have NEVER had issues prior to these visits.
I appreciate the office staff and am generally very satisfied with the service. One area for potential improvement could be the appointment reminder system. While I understand the importance of reminders, it can be a bit overwhelming to receive multiple messages after an appointment has already been confirmed. Streamlining this process could enhance the overall experience for patients. Thank you!
Very caring and efficient. Never have to wait more than a few minutes for the hygienist or dentist. They were able to get me in very quickly with Dr Green when I had an issue with my bridge and he took care of it promptly.
Everyone is very professional and attentive to the needs of the patient! From the front desk greeting you with a smile when you step through the door to billing and scheduling with Tiffany along with Dr. Roche and all of the Hygienist.
