This office makes going to the dentist easy. Our whole family goes to Fairhope Dental and has for years. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. They run on schedule, which is appreciated. Emily, the hygienist, is professional and personable. She ensured comfort throughout the appointment and always does a great job.
Fairhope Dental has been absolutely wonderful for both me and my daughter. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and make every visit smooth and stress-free. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and we especially love our dental techs—they do a fantastic job cleaning our teeth and always make us feel comfortable and cared for. I recently lost a cap that had been in place for several years, and needed a quick response. After making about four calls without any positive response, I tried Fairhope Dental and was told to come in the next business day. From the front desk forward, everything moved smoothly. I ended up needing a bridge. The entire process was explained well and everyone was professional.
I appreciate the office staff and am generally very satisfied with the service. One area for potential improvement could be the appointment reminder system. While I understand the importance of reminders, it can be a bit overwhelming to receive multiple messages after an appointment has already been confirmed. Streamlining this process could enhance the overall experience for patients. Thank you!
