The office is clean, well appointed, and well lit. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, quick to greet you and call you by name. Dr and assistant were kind and caring. Gave good directions and explained everything clearly in advance. I look forward to a long relationship with this practice and reccomend them to any looking for an excellent dental office.
I had an awesome experience today. Being that I have a fear of needles and anxiety, the procedure was extremely smooth and Dr. Freeman and her assistant put me at ease. The cleaning and service were both disappointing. I have carefully maintained permanent top and bottom bonded retainers for over 12 years without any issues during cleanings—until this visit. My bottom permanent retainer is placed around my bottom six teeth, and my top retainer covers four teeth. During flossing, the hygienist forcibly pulled on the bottom retainer in the middle of its placement, tearing it off. As my 1st time back to the dentist in 2 years, I was more than a little anxious. Crystal made me feel right at home from the minute I walked in. Anna was amazing and super gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Freeman was so friendly and took care of my concerns straight away. Highly recommend this dental group.
Dr Garret and her crew are the best! I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting area. The whole staff is professional with that personal touch. They know you as a patient! She sees our whole family and my kids love her too! Her office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. She has the whole package!
