The office is clean, well appointed, and well lit. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, quick to greet you and call you by name. Dr and assistant were kind and caring. Gave good directions and explained everything clearly in advance. I look forward to a long relationship with this practice and reccomend them to any looking for an excellent dental office.
I had an awesome experience today. Being that I have a fear of needles and anxiety, the procedure was extremely smooth and Dr. Freeman and her assistant put me at ease. The fact that I feel I made the best decision ever coming here and making this office my dental office for any work I need done is an understatement. As my 1st time back to the dentist in 2 years, I was more than a little anxious. Crystal made me feel right at home from the minute I walked in. Anna was amazing and super gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Freeman was so friendly and took care of my concerns straight away. Highly recommend this dental group.
The cleaning and service were both disappointing. I have carefully maintained permanent top and bottom bonded retainers for over 12 years without any issues during cleanings—until this visit. My bottom permanent retainer is placed around my bottom six teeth, and my top retainer covers four teeth. During flossing, the hygienist forcibly pulled on the bottom retainer in the middle of its placement, tearing it off. My first visit was amazing. The office is very nice and clean. The staff and provider were awesome. Ms. Crystal, Lorri front office and Charletter the dental hygienist were great. They made sure I got everything I needed very polite, professional, and friendly always with a smile. Dr Freeman was phenomenal. She took her time with my teeth.
