My husband has had lower back and hip pain since February of last year. After googling and researching I found Health 1st. They were able to get him in immediately. They were so nice and compassionate.. took the time to listen. He did tell them that most of his pain is in his hips, but was told it was his lower back. He became a patient the Tuesday before Thanksgiving 2024 and was told his L4-L5 was severely herniated after an X-Ray. 2 visits in and already my entire body feels as if I've been touched by Angel.. Dr. Roth & his entire Staff are awesome.. It's been 4wks since a driver ran into me ..the ER did their thing ..sent me home. And It was if I was hit over & over.. Now I feel as if Superman(Dr. Roth) was there to cushion the blow. Still have a bit of a journey to go, its just relief to see results so early in.. Thank You Guys, looking forward to visit #3

Dr. Roth and his staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Roth is very caring and works hard to obtain the best outcome for his clients. His staff are very caring and they work hard to accommodate scheduling needs for treatments. Special Thanks to Micah for her kindness. I drive three hours one way twice a week and never once have I regretted my experience at 1st Wellness. Not only do I walk away feeling a noticeable improvement with my physical condition but also during my entire visit to 1st Wellness I feel as if I am at a friend's house. This is because of the welcoming and friendly atmosphere constantly generated by the entire staff. No doubt about it, if the need ever arises 1st Wellness is the place to go for assessment and treatment.

Dr Roth was thorough and a teacher of all things chiropractic. His 34 years of chiropractic care experience was evident from the minute he walked in and began to educate me through visuals and X-rays of what normal healthy bones should look like verses those with degeneration or injury. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions. His staff was kind and helpful as well. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed as a newcomer to Hot Springs. I highly recommend Health 1st Wellness & Physical Medicine.
