Dr. Roth and his staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Roth is very caring and works hard to obtain the best outcome for his clients. His staff are very caring and they work hard to accommodate scheduling needs for treatments. Special Thanks to Micah for her kindness. Dr Roth was thorough and a teacher of all things chiropractic. His 34 years of chiropractic care experience was evident from the minute he walked in and began to educate me through visuals and X-rays of what normal healthy bones should look like verses those with degeneration or injury. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions. His staff was kind and helpful as well. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed as a newcomer to Hot Springs. I highly recommend Health 1st Wellness & Physical Medicine.
Dr Roth is very thorough and does a really good job of adjusting and taking care of your pain. The office staff is also very nice.
Doctor and Staff are great.. my left knee is doing much better .. stiffness is better .. range of motion has improved with just two visits.. knee was nearly bone on bone 1/2 of the knee was bone on bone.. feels and walks much better getting up from sitting down is improving .
Dr. Randall Roth is very thorough & takes time to explain the benefits of decompression and other things you have to do yourself to help your body heal. I am always greeted very nicely when I come in for my appt at front desk & Micah always is a blessing to see each time I go and takes very good care of me. Thank you for listening & getting me back on the right track.
