I will start by saying that I highly recommend Health 1st Wellness & Physical Medicine. Dr Roth and his staff are very friendly and professional. I became aware of Health 1st through my neighbor. His wife was having pain issues and sought treatment from Health 1st. He and his wife were happy enough with her treatment to recommend Dr Roth to me. When I first came in to see Dr roth,I couldn't even use my hands, they were so numb. I couldn't work,shower,dress myself or anything. Had no grip at all my hands constantly burned stung and itched,my neck and shoulders were so swollen I couldn't even wear a bra. I sat most days crying in pain. 4 months later(which is now) all of that is gone... only the finger tips of my thumb,index,and middle fingers on both hands are numb.the spinal decompression had helped me tremendously and I thank everyone if them for helping me.

2 visits in and already my entire body feels as if I've been touched by Angel.. Dr. Roth & his entire Staff are awesome.. It's been 4wks since a driver ran into me ..the ER did their thing ..sent me home. And It was if I was hit over & over.. Now I feel as if Superman(Dr. Roth) was there to cushion the blow. Still have a bit of a journey to go, its just relief to see results so early in.. Thank You Guys, looking forward to visit #3

My husband has had lower back and hip pain since February of last year. After googling and researching I found Health 1st. They were able to get him in immediately. They were so nice and compassionate.. took the time to listen. He did tell them that most of his pain is in his hips, but was told it was his lower back. He became a patient the Tuesday before Thanksgiving 2024 and was told his L4-L5 was severely herniated after an X-Ray. I drive three hours one way twice a week and never once have I regretted my experience at 1st Wellness. Not only do I walk away feeling a noticeable improvement with my physical condition but also during my entire visit to 1st Wellness I feel as if I am at a friend's house. This is because of the welcoming and friendly atmosphere constantly generated by the entire staff. No doubt about it, if the need ever arises 1st Wellness is the place to go for assessment and treatment.
