Health Innovations has become such a crucial part of Ashville in such a short period of time. The office has a warm, small town practice vibe and an amazing assistant, Abby, who is very welcoming and truly comforting every visit. Not to mention she is extremely knowledgeable! Jolie is very patient oriented and takes her time during every appointment to make sure all symptoms are talked about and potentially solved. You can tell she cares with all her heart about every patient that walks through the door!
Jolie was extremely thorough and so kind. She answered every question honestly and provided a pleasant experience. It was extremely clean and beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!!
I started going to Health Innovation to get my Trizipatide and I have to say, Joanie and the sweet girl up front are awesome! I’ve had such a great experience and they are so informative and kind. If you’re looking for a great provider you can’t go wrong going to see them.
A few weeks ago, I had been sick and felt like I could use IV hydration therapy. I called and was told that the IVs were not kept in stock and that they would order one for me. They told me to call back in a couple of days, which I did. When I called back, I was told that the IV hadn't shipped yet, then she corrected herself and said it had shipped and she would call me when it came in which should be a couple days. She took my contact information and then, nothing. I never got a call back, never got my treatment.
Went in after surgery and a stomach bug to get some iv fluids. I was in and out fast and they are so nice. We love them.
