Hometown Dental is a great choice for your dental health. I was so impressed with the staff! Danielle was very gentle and thorough while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Westbrook was very thorough and so pleasant. The whole atmosphere made the experience a great one!! My family is so happy we found them to take care of our dental needs!!
Had a dental emergency while visiting from out of town, and Hometown Dental was AMAZING. I was able to get an appointment the next morning, and was very impressed by the service and the staff. From the first contact, everything was well-organized and efficient. The technician was pleasant and knowledgable, and Dr. Price was great at explaining my options and answering questions. Highly recommend this practice!
Won't be back. The office itself is nice, but I was never informed about a $125 charge for specialized X-rays or a $35 fluoride treatment until after my insurance rejected the claim. When I called to discuss the charges, I was told, "Sorry, that hygienist was bad about just handing out the fluoride treatment without mentioning the charge, but she’s gone now so don’t worry." Dr Price and Star made the experience of getting a crown on my tooth so relaxing that I almost fell asleep in the dental chair. I’ve repeatedly received superb dental care from this dentist and her team. She’s very caring, professional and efficient. 5 stars.
I really enjoyed my first time visit to Hometown Dental Brannon Crossing! The friendliest service staff I have ever had the pleasure to encounter/engage with.. They were very attentive and inviting. That means alot!
