This is by far one of the best dentists I have ever been. My husband and I had our first visit and they accommodated us completely in getting everything done in our first visit, which was impossible everywhere else during thanksgiving week. The staff was highly thorough and friendly, in fact as I waited in waiting room I overheard another patient unloading her burdens from another dentist, onto them, and they were so empathetic and personable toward her. My experience at Hometown and Family Dentistry has been very satisfactory. I had extensive oral surgery and am happy to say that experience was professional and painless. The recovery from having dental implants was uncomfortable and a little disappointing as contrary to the advertisement on receiving implants, you have to wait for a healing process and the grafting to take effect. Our family has been going to them for a couple of years now, and we've had many appointments—possibly dozens—and have never had to reschedule. We've also spent thousands of dollars and plan to spend much more. My husband missed an appointment due to a situation that I wouldn’t call an emergency, but it was very serious, and I had to call last minute to reschedule. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here after years of medical trauma the service and friendliness of staff is a breath of fresh air. Couldn’t imagine going somewhere else. Also bonus points because I got to listen to my audiobook while getting my fillings. ❤️

Thank you Dr. Rowell for realizing we are all struggling financially because of inflation an gas prices, by lowering your cost on some necessary procedures! I find Dr Rowell to be a very competent dentist an trust he is recommending necessary procedures. My new hygienist Jessica is fantastic, did a great job cleaning my teeth an listen to my concerns an addressed them! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, an professional.
