I had a great experience at my recent ortho visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The provider took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I truly felt listened to and well cared for. Highly recommend this office.
As an adult with braces, I was a little nervous starting orthodontic treatment, but this office has been amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. They take the time to explain everything and are very flexible with scheduling. My experience has been smooth so far, and I’m already happy with my progress. I highly recommend this orthodontic office to anyone, especially adults considering braces.
The team here is exceptional. We compared the cost here to a couple other places on island and this was by far the most affordable. I appreciate that value doesn’t compromise the quality of care/treatment.
AMAZING doesn’t even begin to describe the team at Hook! Since the day I entered for a consultation they were nothing but professional and welcoming. I was honestly scared and nervous for the process but they reassured me and communicated through the entire process thus far!! Would not go anywhere else and recommend them 100 out of 100 times to anyone!!
They started my son's Invisalign and the Doctors and crew were always very kind and informative. Had no issues and they treated my son very well. Only have to stop going due to PCS.
