I had a great experience at my recent ortho visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The provider took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I truly felt listened to and well cared for. Highly recommend this office.
As an adult with braces, I was a little nervous starting orthodontic treatment, but this office has been amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. They take the time to explain everything and are very flexible with scheduling. My experience has been smooth so far, and I’m already happy with my progress. I’m giving three stars for the work completed but my comment will be how we got the work completed!!! Prior to placing the braces on my granddaughter had a metal plate placed in her mouth!!! We went back into the office three weeks later to check on the position and we saw that two of her teeth needed to be removed!!! My granddaughter doesn’t like pain but who does?!? The team here is exceptional. We compared the cost here to a couple other places on island and this was by far the most affordable. I appreciate that value doesn’t compromise the quality of care/treatment.
