Went there as a new patient, super easy to make an appointment. Clean space. Nice staff. (Hailey helped me, she was very kind). Dr. Jensen was professional with a great sense of humour. He was also very encouraging when he talked with other clients as he checked on the progress. To me it was like hanging out with a competent coach and not a scary doctor. In general I don't like dental or ortho visits. But this one was pleasantly surprisingly nice. I felt a sense of ease.

Hook Orthodontics has been an incredible experience from start to finish! From the very first consultation, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We had a great experience with Hook Orthodontics overall. The orthodontist and staff were wonderful. They were professional, caring, and great with our daughter. From a treatment standpoint, we couldn’t have asked for better care. That said, military families should pay close attention to the refund policy if there’s any chance you might have to PCS before treatment is finished. Dr. Jensen is nothing short of amazing! Azriel M. Had a tooth that never grew in and her teeth shifted quite a lot! She was very insecure and I felt hopeless in every way because I thought fixing them would be way too much for me to afford! Dr. Jensen was so awesome and worked with us and I was actually able to afford braces for her! She is about half way done and looking amazing!
