I've been a patient for years and have always received great service, especially if I have an emergency. They have high tech equipment that makes things less painful when getting an X-ray. Ms. Jessica is very knowledgable and professional with me and explains things in a way I understand. She gets it! She waste no time in addressing the situation and answers all questions with kindness and concern. The staff is wonderful, but the receptionist is so nice (forgot her name). I had a wonderful experience here yesterday as a first time patient and someone who hadn’t seen a dentist in way too long. from the first phone call getting info/setting up the appointment the entire staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I went in with a lot of anxiety but my nerves were soon calmed as soon as they started working with me. we now have me set up with a game plan for my dental journey and i couldn’t be happier that i chose to come here!

Excellent care from start to finish- receptionists Gwen & Carol, hygienist Fabi, Dr Robinson and her assistants. were all very pleasant and professional. Had my problem solved in short time and I can't wait to get my crown! Thank you for making me smile again and God bless you all 😁

They are not autistic friendly. In this day and age medical “professionals” should be equipped to handle neurodivergent people. My daughter has went here for over a year, has had cleanings and fillings done. Today she was dismissed because they can’t accommodate autistic people anymore. I called to inquire because my husband took her and he doesn’t ask questions. I was told “she was very sweet, but wouldn’t move her tongue out of the way for a cleaning.” I then asked her if she put gas on her, or if she asked her again to mo... read more

I don’t really like the dentist but southern was the first place I have found here that took great care to make sure I was comfortable and as free of anxiety as I could be. Great staff!
