Excellent customer service. I also appreciate d that they explained what and why they were treating me. Dr Prida is so kind and made me feel comfortable. She is amazing at what she does.

While visiting from out of state I began experiencing a toothache that definitely needed attention. I selected Inwood Village Dental based on reviews, proximity, and their willingness to work me into their schedule on an emergency basis. I found everyone who I came into contact with , from office staff to Dr. Prida to be pleasant, professional and empathetic. My issue was clearly explained and immediately addressed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Inwood Village Dental. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. I have been going here for the past couple of years and it’s been a great experience. The receptionist Bri is very welcoming and is great at communicating my upcoming appointments. The waiting lobby is very upscale and comfortable. I have had problems with my other hygienists but Noor is one of the best she takes her time and answer's all my questions. While they are an office that provides denal services,, they are so much more. Dr. Prida and the rest of the crew are Great Providers! I’ve been a patient since Dr. Prida purchased the business (transitioning from the previous owner, so a long time patient of Inwood Village Dental), she has been fantastic since day one!
