Very friendly and personable staff. I walked in and Gabby greeted me with a smile and gave me a tour of the reception area. I was then introduced to the hygienist who also greeted me with a smile and took me on a tour of the practice, which was very clean and organized. The hygienist was thoroughly , made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit, and explained each process and definitions in depth to ensure my understanding. Loved everything about my first visit. Courteous and informative over the phone prior to my visit and very personable and knowledgeable upon arrival. Easy access to the 101 loop, drove all the way from Prescott Valley because of a referral. My wife has an appointment next week. We're both very happy we decided to make the drive. I highly suggest you give them a try if you're looking for a great place to take care of your teeth.
The Dentist and Hygienist was very nice and knew what they were talking about. They also gave me tomato sauce his grandma made and it was the best I've ever had, I'm not kidding. I think it is sold at Trader Joe's and I need to go buy some asap
So far my experience at Italian Smiles has been great. Dr. Leonard was absolutely amazing when preforming my emergency tooth extraction. Monica was such an amazing help as well!. They both treated me with care as I was 16 weeks pregnant at the time of the extraction. I'm really grateful for their teamwork and skills!
