Had Vanessa as my dental hygienist for my first visit and she was amazing! She made me feel very welcome and heard. She explained everything very thoroughly making sure to answer all of my questions. Dr. Leonard performed my exam and was super nice! No unnecessary tests or procedures were suggested and they even helped me get connected with financial assistance. My dentist after 20 plus years retired 😥 I was in search for a new home where I felt comfortable and safe. On my first visit Ms. Vanessa made me feel comfortable. She took the time to give me a tour of the office and to inform me everything Italian Smiles had to offer. Ms. Vanessa did an awesome job not only cleaning my teeth but explaining her findings. The entire staff was very nice and kind. From when I made the appointment to when I left, I genuinely felt that I was cared for and given the proper attention. One person who went above and beyond was the hygienist Vanessa. She was very kind and respectful and gave off a very “real” interaction, I didn’t feel like I was talking to a machine with a prompt. i used to love this place but after today i’m changing dentists. I called for a simple question, the person didn’t listen, and continued to talk over me several times. I don’t expect a 10 minute phone call and don’t have time to listen to the same explanation 3 times. I was already on the fence about changing and the customer service I experienced today sealed the deal. As always, the professionalism is bar none. The staff is friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable! They give me the down home, family vibe. Literally, every person I came in contact with during my visit had a smile on her face and asked me how was I doing and that I need anything. I had no surprises when it came to services I needed.
