Great cleaning, Dentist was nice, visit was great until I got to checkout and had to pay $301.00 that I wasn’t prepared for. They didn’t tell me this upfront when appointment was made. I even had insurance with a $50.00 deductible only that they were able to verify. I Called back later and discussed with office manager, and was told nothing could be done. They would reimburse me after insurance pays whenever that is.
Great experience. Dental technician was excellent and thorough. The doctor was excellent, as well. They built a mouth guard to help with my night grinding issues. It has helped tremendously with related issues. Very professional staff and clean environment. Very happy with the services they provided.
Great visit. Hygienist is so nice and thorough. Dr. Buchner is so kind. My husband goes as well and his hygienist is great as well. He really likes Dr. Buckner as he takes time to explain what you need to keep your teeth healthy. Highly recommend you try them.
I had an amazing visit to the dentist today. Tacie, the hygienist, was absolutely incredible—friendly, gentle, and thorough. She made the entire cleaning process comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Smith was equally impressive—caring, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. The entire team made me feel valued and at ease. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
Have been seeing Dr. Buckner since Dr. Greg Burns retired (miss you, Greg!). Dr. Buckner welcomed me and I enjoy my interactions with him. My hygienist, Tacie Jennings, is a national treasure. Always look forward to seeing her and she does a great job. Highly recommend this practice.
