Everyone there was very nice took xrays,Cleaned my teeth , and explained what I needed done. It was my first time there. We moved from the Chicago area in August had to fined a new dentist. I'LL keep going to KNOBS FAMILY DENTIST.
Strike 3 for me and I'm out, no longer a patient! First thing that was unsettling to me was, had a crown done and was charged for lots of stuff that I did not need. Had to tell them to take it off my bill. Second thing, while in the process of getting crown, I had to wear a temp crown. The temp crown fell off repeatedly. Causing anorther tooth to chip, when it fell off yet again while eating. From making my appointment to walking out the door I found everyone to be friendly, helpful and professional. Shayna, who did my X-Rays and scaling, was very thorough while being considerate of my comfort level during both procedures. Great experience! - Carol Roll
I absolutely did NOT want to have to find another dentist but WOW!.!. So glad I did. Everyone in the office was VERY friendly and welcoming! And Dr. Still is absolutely amazing! She made sure that I was informed on all of my treatment options with no pressure on either one that I decided on. The entire process from start to finish was impressive and no anxiety!! Would refer 10 out of 10!!!
Been here over a year and scheduled my appointment and they canceled it without notice. Then scheduled another one and canceled it again due to not answering the phone calls while I was on vacation. The expectation of always having to be on my phone and answering is ridiculous. They called me 5 times in one day, not everyone is able to answer the phone 24/7. Was great now no longer recommend.
