Strike 3 for me and I'm out, no longer a patient! First thing that was unsettling to me was, had a crown done and was charged for lots of stuff that I did not need. Had to tell them to take it off my bill. Second thing, while in the process of getting crown, I had to wear a temp crown. The temp crown fell off repeatedly. Causing anorther tooth to chip, when it fell off yet again while eating. I absolutely did NOT want to have to find another dentist but WOW!.!. So glad I did. Everyone in the office was VERY friendly and welcoming! And Dr. Still is absolutely amazing! She made sure that I was informed on all of my treatment options with no pressure on either one that I decided on. The entire process from start to finish was impressive and no anxiety!! Would refer 10 out of 10!!!
Been here over a year and scheduled my appointment and they canceled it without notice. Then scheduled another one and canceled it again due to not answering the phone calls while I was on vacation. The expectation of always having to be on my phone and answering is ridiculous. They called me 5 times in one day, not everyone is able to answer the phone 24/7. Was great now no longer recommend.
From making my appointment to walking out the door I found everyone to be friendly, helpful and professional. Shayna, who did my X-Rays and scaling, was very thorough while being considerate of my comfort level during both procedures. Great experience! - Carol Roll
Very organized business. Very clean and modern. Hygienist Allie was intelligent, gentle and thorough. Dr Emily was efficient and so friendly. Got an itemized treatment plan for upcoming work I need done and appointments scheduled in advance. Couldn’t ask for better care.
