I have been a long time customer of this dental location but, unfortunately moved away from the area and now live about 40 miles away. Believe me when I say the drive is worth it!! The entire team is wonderful here. April at the front desk is extremely helpful and welcoming. Chelsea is my favorite dental hygienist. She really is the best, detailed and gentle. If you’re looking for reasonable pricing and outstanding service look no further! Very organized & efficient office, no high wait times.
Had my 6 month cleaning today and went to Alicia Dental's New location and renaming to Laguna Spa Dentistry. The experience was wonderful. I met Sam at the front desk as we had spoken a few times on the phone. Excellent customer service and quite professional. I was scheduled to see Chelsea and she was amazing. Very nice Dental office with friendly staff! Great service! The only recommendation I would make is to replace the small waiting room chairs with something more comfortable! The chairs are way too small like Barbie furniture. A bigger person has a hard time fitting in these types of chairs!!
I’ve always had a lot of dental anxiety, but coming to this office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.
