I’ve always had a lot of dental anxiety, but coming to this office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Very nice Dental office with friendly staff! Great service! The only recommendation I would make is to replace the small waiting room chairs with something more comfortable! The chairs are way too small like Barbie furniture. A bigger person has a hard time fitting in these types of chairs!!
Had my 6 month cleaning today and went to Alicia Dental's New location and renaming to Laguna Spa Dentistry. The experience was wonderful. I met Sam at the front desk as we had spoken a few times on the phone. Excellent customer service and quite professional. I was scheduled to see Chelsea and she was amazing. I have been with Dr. Kluss for close to 20 years and have always had excellent treatment, as needed to maintain good dental health. He is very efficient, a good listener, and provides clear, concise explanations regarding various procedures that he may recommend. I have been seeing Chris, my dental hygienist for close to 5 years, if not more. He is excellent at cleaning my teeth using the current technology and tools at his disposal. I love the doctor, but the person who cleaned my teeth, I wish I could tell you her name, but there was no introduction. Hello, my name is???? as it is, I am very anxious at the dentist, which helped ease that not one bit. Cleaning was very gentle so that was a relief but after we were done the Dr came in we chatted we know each other for awhile now he leaves.
