Had my 6 month cleaning today and went to Alicia Dental's New location and renaming to Laguna Spa Dentistry. The experience was wonderful. I met Sam at the front desk as we had spoken a few times on the phone. Excellent customer service and quite professional. I was scheduled to see Chelsea and she was amazing. I received excellent care during my recent routine six month visit. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Dinh. She is intelligent and insightful. She earned my trust during the visit with her skillful examination. Also, her clarity and kindness in answering my dental health questions was greatly appreciated . Chelsea is an outstanding hygienist. She did a terrific job in monitoring, examining, and cleaning my teeth. I have the utmost confidence I will receive the same high level of professional care when I return in six months.
I have been with Dr. Kluss for close to 20 years and have always had excellent treatment, as needed to maintain good dental health. He is very efficient, a good listener, and provides clear, concise explanations regarding various procedures that he may recommend. Yesterday I had my teeth cleaned and Chris cleaned them. Chris performed an pray of my teeth and measured my gums. Then he posted the results on a monitor and reviewed the health of my bones, teeth, and gums. So now I have a better understanding of my health and what I need to do to improve and maintain a healthy mouth. The cleaning was gentle so I didn't experience any discomfort. I used to see a wonderful team at Laguna Spa Dentistry that was kind, compassionate, patient and most importantly, understanding of the complexities behind dental anxiety. I returned to Laguna Spa Dentistry in pain this week and was met with none of the aforementioned qualities. I understand there have been changes in ownership, and they are notable.
