From the initial greeting to X-rays then the dental work, I can say I enjoyed my dental visit. The ladies made sure I was comfortable for my new patient appointment. I met Dr. Aja for the x-ray review then continued the appointment with the dental hygienist Ms. Angie. Ms. Angie is definitely a 10/10. Such an amazing team!

Great first time experience! The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. My hygienist explained what she was doing, asked me questions, checked how I was feeling throughout the cleaning, made adjustments if I was uncomfortable, gave me suggestions for best dental care. Dr. Nichols was friendly and professional. She completed a thorough exam, asked me questions, explained anything that stood out in the exam and checked if I had any questions. I was referred to Lifestyle Dentistry for help with a sleep apnea device, and from the moment I walked through the door until receiving the device and completing my follow ups, I have been extremely satisfied. I honestly did not have much to compare it to because I had not been to a dentist in years and was honestly a little afraid to go. The staff was friendly and attentive. From Dr. Aja Gilmore-Nichols to each individual staff member, they took the time to each step we went through to ensure we were well aware of the process. And, as new patients of the practice, one of the things that stood out for my daughter was the personalize “welcome” plaque in the room she was being service in. This is a practice that knows that small nuances make the biggest impact sometimes.
