As someone who is terrified of Dentists, you can really trust this review. The onboarding was a bit awkward for me, but the location and staff are awesome. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor was Doctor was kind and patient. She took time explaining the results of my X-rays, and care plan. This great experience started at the door. Dr. Nichols and her staff provide exceptional care. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a warm smile and soothing music. When in the chair, Dr. Nichols carefully explains what's needed and listens to any concerns that you may have. Best Dentistry I’ve had, These ladies are phenomenal, from Dr. Nichols and members of her team, Phesia & Tish being extremely patient, knowledgeable, understanding and able and willing to assist in anyway they can.
