My kiddo has a ton of anxiety. We got our psychiatric service dog in training to our appointment today and everybody was incredibly patient and helpful. The dentist was informative as usual and we appreciate everybody there!
It was a great experience I can say. Dr. Garitty took care of my son’s treatment so well. He has patiently answered all our questions and went so easy with kids. He really understood our concerns and suggested the treatment accordingly. 💯% satisfied. The facility was so clean and the equipment was state of the art. The X-rays are so clear compared to our previous doctor. The staff were very courteous and patient. Big shout out to Dr. Garitty, Ms. Heidi, Ms. Haily, Melani.
They wouldn’t even answer my phone call so I figured I would just drive to talk to them in person thinking that they would be busy or something. come to find little smiles of Franklin doesn’t exist anymore and it has conjoined with a different holistic dentistry practice and when you get directions to little smiles, it leads you to that dentist it needs to be updated on here and it’s very misleading and confusing they also don’t take cover kids so if you have government insurance, don’t even bother All of this could have be... read more
Every time I have been here with my four kids (ages 5-10) I have been incredibly pleased with the whole experience! The staff is great, the space is so nice and tailored for kids, and I can't recommend this office enough! One of my favorite things about this practice is they approach dental from a holistic perspective! Love this!
Our daughter had decay in her front teeth and it was a journey for us to find a dentist that we felt had a more holistic approach to her care. Once we had our first appointment we felt so good about our daughter getting the treatment and procedure needed with Dr. Garitty and team. They made us all feel so comfortable and clearly communicated everything we needed to know and how to move forward. The procedure went smoothly and we are so grateful to Little Smiles!
