My kiddo has a ton of anxiety. We got our psychiatric service dog in training to our appointment today and everybody was incredibly patient and helpful. The dentist was informative as usual and we appreciate everybody there!
Extremely disappointed with this practice. I gave the two stars I did for cleanliness of facility and extra amenities like service dog for the kids. I removed three stars for staff friendliness/knowledge, pricing, and the doctor’s beside manner. They charged me $330 for X-rays instead of telling me that the prior dental office didn’t send them over (I had a 2pm appt so they had plenty of time) or try reaching out again. Everything about this appointment exceeds any experience I’ve ever had! As an emergency appointment- it was scheduled within 2 hours of the call. McKenzie was great with getting insurance squared away, and the actual appointment was swift and smooth!!! Let me not forget to send lots of love to Boba 💕
Amazing experience! So thankful we found Dr. Garitty. After two other dentists missed key issues, he took the time to explain the importance of X-rays and made everything easy to understand. He found problems that needed immediate attention and gave us a clear treatment plan. His kind, compassionate manner made all the difference. Best healthcare experience we've had — we’re here to stay!
Our daughter had decay in her front teeth and it was a journey for us to find a dentist that we felt had a more holistic approach to her care. Once we had our first appointment we felt so good about our daughter getting the treatment and procedure needed with Dr. Garitty and team. They made us all feel so comfortable and clearly communicated everything we needed to know and how to move forward. The procedure went smoothly and we are so grateful to Little Smiles!
