The staff at Little Smiles are seriously the kindest most patient staff I’ve ever met. They are knowledgeable, helpful and so good with difficult little ones. They’ve been great with both my boys. I highly recommend!
I had excellent patient and parent experience at Little Smiles of Franklin! We had an emergency dental visit and they got us in quickly. Considering that my son was in a lot of pain and had not been to a dentist before, Heidi was outstanding with him. She showed him all of the tools and made the visit a fun experience for him. Dr Garrity & his team are so friendly. My daughter has seen him three times, starting a few months before she turned 2. They make everything quick and fun, and she is a pro in the chair. Highly recommend. We love that it is a holistic office as well.
This morning my son was playing at school like any other child would and , fell while in the gym breaking off his two front permanent teeth. Called down to Little Smiles In Franklin Tn an was greeted the most sincere way possible. Explained our situation and they told me to bring him in a they would see what they could do to fix his smile an they did just that. It was a great experience I can say. Dr. Garitty took care of my son’s treatment so well. He has patiently answered all our questions and went so easy with kids. He really understood our concerns and suggested the treatment accordingly. 💯% satisfied. The facility was so clean and the equipment was state of the art. The X-rays are so clear compared to our previous doctor. The staff were very courteous and patient. Big shout out to Dr. Garitty, Ms. Heidi, Ms. Haily, Melani.
