I went to Dr Nathlie with an emergency and in a lot of pain. She took great care of me! I can't say enough about how gentle and caring she was! I had to have 4 teeth removed and not once did I feel any pain at all. She and her whole staff were so friendly, caring, and professional. She accepted my Medicare insurance and made it very affordable for me. Her assistant Breena (I hope I spelled her name right) was great! Dr Natalie and the staff they have assembled is a very professional, compassionate, caring team. I'm glad I found them! I don't consider myself a "good" patient. I get way too nervous, even for a simple cleaning. The entire staff is reassuring and patient with me, and Dr Natalie is quite gentle. I won't say I look forward to my visits, but I am a bit more at peace with my upcoming appointments.
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Natalie and her amazing staff! They were able to see my daughter on an emergency basis when she needed her tooth fixed, and they handled everything quickly, gently, and professionally. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a calm and reassuring experience. Service is wonderful. Plan is laid out including cost. Everyone calls me by name on my second visit! My visit was painless! My second visit was removal of two molars. Done quickly and painlessly without going to an orthodontist! Saving mega bucks! Follow up phone calls to check up on me! My new dental home!
I don’t live in Gardendale but I work here. I decided to try a dentist close by and they were so amazing. All of the staff was so sweet. They make you feel so comfortable and the actual dentist was amazing too. I highly recommend them, especially if you have anxiety about dentist offices. They will definitely put you at ease.
