We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Natalie and her amazing staff! They were able to see my daughter on an emergency basis when she needed her tooth fixed, and they handled everything quickly, gently, and professionally. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a calm and reassuring experience. Since she was already there and due for a cleaning, they went ahead and took care of that as well, which I truly appreciated. My experience was quite surprising on making an appointment. I was called back and accommodation were made me and my daughter got in on the same day and we enjoyed every minute we were there. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Great conversation while getting my teeth cleaned. I’ll give this office a 10 for excellent
Excellent dentist and great staff. My whole family goes and we love it. Very friendly and personable. Dr. Natalie listens and addresses concerns in a patient, understanding way.
I made an appt for Feb 16th. I called about 12:56 on 2-2 and asked if they had any cancellations because I was in pain and could not wait that long. They asked could I be there at 1:30, to which I said yes! I went in, the staff is absolutely amazing! Dr. Nathalie is incredible! She is definetly my new dentist! Im so glad I heard about her on WDJC christian radio! I felt better walking out and I slept pain free without having to take any pain killer.
I don’t live in Gardendale but I work here. I decided to try a dentist close by and they were so amazing. All of the staff was so sweet. They make you feel so comfortable and the actual dentist was amazing too. I highly recommend them, especially if you have anxiety about dentist offices. They will definitely put you at ease.
