Recently found out that Dr. GRAY is no longer the owner of this establishment even though the worker continue tobsaybhe is just on Medical leave. I made an appointment a couple weeks ago to repair a tooth that the filling came out. When I showed up to my appointment and sat in the chair I was asked if if had any issues or concerns. Not happy at all. When you ask for a certain procedure but they are more interested in saving natural teeth only to have to do procedure I requested 1 year prior. Frustrating and costly!!!

I called and told them I would be 20 min late due to getting off work and traffic. They told me I had to reschedule my appointment because they couldn’t see me. I asked what is the next earliest appointment and she said it’s three months out and that would be March. Very disappointing. I realize service has changed at my dentist. They are trying to max out on getting new patients and lack tacking care of existing patients needs.

Great dentists and staff. Have been going here over 20 years. Dr. Grays associate D. G is knowledgeable, professional, and great attitude.

staff was very rude. would not take insurance i understand that because i had something they were not able to take but they were very rude about it. as soon as i walked in all had no smiles on their face and seemed just irritated to talk to me. will not be coming back.
