I have to say this was the most amazing experience! Sylvia at the front desk was so sweet and was able to get me in same day! Melissa was so kind and did a fantastic job! Dr P was as great as my friends who use her said! I am thankful this practice is near my home and am looking forward to future visits with them!!
I wasn’t even a patient when I called two days ago at 330 in the afternoon asking for help with a broken tooth. I hadn’t seen a dentist in about six years. They had a cancellation for a cleaning at 2 yesterday and got me in to get my broken tooth fixed afterwards. There’s nothing pleasant about getting a molar pulled when you’re as old as I am, but it was as pleasant and quick as any dentist could have made it. The atmosphere was pleasant and professional. Most of the clinicians smiled. I’ll definitely be going back.
NOT PAIN FREE, no compassion!!! After coming in for a visit because of excruciating pain from dental work that they did, praying for some sort of relief, I was sat in a chair and had my teeth drilled on without any numbing, mind you I was already in EXCRUCIATING pain. I was told it wouldn't hurt because it was filling that he was drilling on. Nope, more excruciating pain. Was then told he would get me antibiotics and sent me on my way, saying if that doesn't fix it then I need a root canal because he drilled too close origin... read more
Everyone was super nice and informative! I have been through so much with my dental health, so it was really nice to have an office that cared. Thank y’all!
I love Dr. Marshall and his staff if I could give them more than A+ I would they are wonderful, caring loving people.
