Visited this practice for the first time today, after having used my former practice for 20 years. I found the receptionist to be polite and friendly. The hygienist, Susan, was extremely nice and did a great job. I especially appreciated her explaining every little step and asking questions about my comfort, since I was a new patient. The dentist was personable and thorough. I liked that he didn't jump to hasty, possibly unnecessary, intervention. I'm pleased to find a new dentist that "checks all the boxes".
Extremely kind and fast! They got me in within a day of me calling. The person who cleaned my teeth didn’t let me feel bad about my teeth and reassured me everything would be sorted. The dentist was so polite and kind. The whole staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! I will never go anywhere else again.
My first visit to Dr. Dellinger was exceptional. A lovely, bright waiting area. Efficient in taking me back by my appointment time. Emma, Dr. Dellinger's dental assistant, was very friendly and helpful with any questions. I have neglected my dental health the last few years, and she and the doctor made me feel confident and not ashamed. Dr. Dellinger was very thorough explaining what needed to be done. The facility is VERY clean and aesthetically pleasing, which makes you more relaxed. Would recommend to anyone!
Dr. Hale and the staff of Dellinger DMD LLC are wonderful. Dr. Hale is so nice and professional. Heans the staff are pleasant and take every care with anyone else with anxiety. They are great.
Dr. Alex Hale is the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has an excellent chair side manner and lets you know everything he is about to do. He takes time, he listens and explains. And I will never let another dentist touch my teeth but Dr. Hale.
