I took my mother to MG Family Dentistry, and we had a wonderful experience. We were greeted with beautiful, genuine smiles and helpful hands. It was a fantastic atmosphere, and the music was good too. The staff made my mom feel comfortable. The dentist was patient and kind, and helped map out a treatment plan to make her feel better. When we left, she kept saying how friendly everyone was and how happy she was. I found a good dentist.
I recently had a complicated dental procedure done, and I have to say — my experience was absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous and honestly embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. Entire staff was very professional. Office setting was pleasant. Wait time minimal. Dr. Long was very thorough in her examination. Insurance coverage was presented in a very easy to understand format. Gave me two options and told me when I was ready . Give them a call. No pressure to make a decision.
I had a very nice experience at MG Dental. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The level of care and attention they provided really stood out. I do have more work to be done, but based on this visit, I feel confident I’m in good hands. I would definitely recommend MG Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I highly recommend this Dental Office due to professionalism and honesty. I was previously informed by another Dental Office I need a Crown versus repair my filling and they quoted be a price double. I went to Dr. Long and all my tooth required was refilling and I paid little to nothing. I have experienced if you have dental insurance; a lot of Dental office try to use your maximum dental allowance whether you need dental work or not. Dr. Long will be honest.
