My experience was great as a first time/new patient.The environment was very inviting. I loved the MG Family Cafe MENU. The categories were Appetizers, Desserts and Main Course. Each had listings for the dental services provided. Overall, the staff and the dentist were very friendly!
Front Staff are all Amazing!! Dr Davis is awesome at the work I had done while my time at this office. Only issue I had, is that 3 crowns I know for sure needed to be replaced. I was told would have to pay out of pocket for one. Which would’ve been full price. I knew for sure that was not the case. Was able to find another dentist and my insurance covered all 3. I just want to take a moment to give them their flowers. I suffer from severe anxiety and ptsd. For example I have a hard time driving anymore or sometimes sitting in a room with more then 4 people. I’ve had horrible experiences with dentists before who treated me so badly for being upset and anxious even after I let them know I have anxiety bad. I have been here three times for dental work so far. Each visit has been phenomenal. The entire staff - from the receptionist to the dental technicians to the dentists - provide me with top-notch services and pain-free dental procedures. They are friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and professional, and they treat me (and the other patients I have seen them interact with) with respect and kindness. I had a great experience today at of all places the dentist office. MG Family Dentistry was professional, courteous, and any other good word in the dictionary to describe awesomeness. After receiving the examination of my teeth, every procedure I need or may need was explained throughly. Upon completion I understood the procedures and the cost.
