I had a great experience at MG Family Dentistry. The staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean and welcoming. My daughter and I appointment started on time, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the procedure. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Who enjoys going to the dentist?? Me!! I’d have never said this before, but my experience at MG Family Dentistry this afternoon, changed my mind. A great experience on all the steps, prior, during, and after my clean up and assessment…and they played my favorite music all the time. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with them.
Very friendly staff, patient, took the time to explain, gave options for treatment/payments, not pushy, make the patient feel like a person with medical needs not just a way to pay their bills like I felt at larger group practices. Went for my first visit today, best dentistry I’ve been to. Staff made me feel welcomed and very helpful with any questions I had. My annual clean up procedure went very well and could not have asked for it to be any better! Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I had a really great first experience even despite some extenuating circumstances! The staff were all super friendly, professional, and accommodating. The environment was clean, calm and well organized. Even through neighboring building issues that caused problems with equipment, there was strong communication between the staff patients, and office admin which left me feeling well cared for and comfortable through the duration of my visit. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
