Pleasantly pleased with Dr. Durham and the staff. I wish I could remember his assistant’s name for my appointment, but all in all I had a great experience as a new patient, and I would recommend them over and over. I had a filling on my front tooth from a previous dental office that was not done correctly and I felt as if it ruined my smile which is one of my best features. Dr. Durham fixed it and I feel like I finally have my smile back that I’ve missed for the last year. Thank you! ❤️
Doctor Mimi has no idea what she is doing. I went to her and was told I had cavities and I immediately scheduled appointments for them. She told me because I had allergies I would need a medical clearance from my primary care physician. I was new to this procedure because I’m allergic to tree nuts. That’s all. I received medical clearance and she was not confident and hand wrote a note for my physician to sign which he did. She also wanted to know if I was allergic to water. Dr. Durham is amazing each time I see him! Emily was equally terrific today! She did a deep cleaning and was very competent and professional. It was the very first time I actually enjoyed my visit!!
Just moved to town and found Morgan Dental Associates on the FSU campus—couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is perfect and parking was super easy, which made things smooth from the start. The team was welcoming and professional, and they put together a clear, personalized plan for me. I had an appointment today for a routine cleaning, something that my insurance covers every 6 months, no issues. But instead of actually cleaning my teeth, I got hit with a surprise message saying I’d owe about $70 out of pocket because of "plan frequency."
