Do not bother going to this run down office. Very unprofessional and rude atmosphere. My daughter and I scheduled an appointment, as soon as we walked in they immediately said we would need to be rescheduled. They didn’t say hello, ask my name or anything. Just immediately jumped into rescheduling before we even made it to the counter. The lady was rude and it seemed like they just wanted to get off work early! No apology or sincerity given at all. Why bother scheduling patients if you’re turning them away?
They claimed I had 6 cavities. I went for my six month checkup. I usually go to Sweet Smiles Dental. I double checked with my regular dentist and had NO cavities! This place is a scam. Be careful. You can’t even get the dentist’s real name.
Had to go get teeth pulled and it was amazing! This is the only place I’ll go to! I never had a problem and the people are amazing and very helpful!
I got a root canal done in July of last year. One of the worst experiences of my life. It took them 3 different appointments to finish my root canal. I never heard of that. Also I could feel almost everything during the procedures. They had to keep stopping to re numb my mouth because I could feel them digging around in my tooth. The tooth never fully healed either.
