This was my first visit to New View Dental, referred by a friend who is also very happy with New View. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I was impressed with the advanced technology they employ to show exactly what's going on, and what the plan is to remedy problem areas. Dr. Saffo spent a lot of time listening to my questions and concerns, and counseling me regarding his suggested treatment. He treated me as though I was his only patient, and I believe my understanding and opinions mattered to him. Five stars, for sure.

I stopped into this office to explain my situation with my then dental provider - the situation with my insurance - Delta Dental -is that my former dental practice was no longer in network. My encounter with Staci and Linda was fun. Staci was able to make an appointment for me for the following week. My first appointment was a thorough exam, X-rays and cleaning. Krista - sp.? - was excellent and is fun to talk with. The doctor is pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend New View Dental.

We came here looking for a new dentist for our family. I made appointments for myself and two college aged children. We came for a basic yearly check up and cleaning; none of us had dental pain and we take care of our teeth. We were all going at different days so we didn’t know exactly what one another experienced until after. The positive is the front desk is nice, the office was clean and the cleanings were good. I recently called Dr. Saffo's office to inquire about insurance and had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff. The person answering the call initially said they accept ALL insurance, which led me to believe I was good to go. However, when I mentioned my specific insurance type, the response was not only incorrect but also unprofessional - the lady actually chuckled and said they don't accept that type of insurance. Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Dan and his staff are so welcoming and warm and incredibly caring and understanding. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I can say I have a new dentist. Thank you, again, Dr. Dan.
